About me

I am Nada Arida. I teach English in Paris, and I hold a Master’s in Letters and Linguistics. Before AI training, I worked in interpreting and literary translation. I work in English, French and Arabic.

What I do on each platform

I have worked on Mercor since August 2026. I came in through a referral company, the same way people join through me now. I grade whether AI-generated writing sounds human, phrase by phrase, against the client’s own rules. The project has about 45,000 people, and I sit in the top 1% of performers.

micro1 has had me under contract since September 2026. I have taken three Zara interviews there. I failed the first, passed the second, and took the third in November 2026, for a bilingual French expert role. In October 2026, micro1 moved me to the next step for its Educator/Assessor Writer role.

I opened my AfterQuery expert account in October 2026 and applied to an opening in November. AfterQuery has not matched me to a project yet. DataAnnotation and Alignerr both accepted me too, and I turned down both offers.

Why I write this site

Most pages about these platforms come from people who never worked on them. I write from inside the work. Every fact on this site comes from what I have seen myself, or from what the platforms publish on their own pages. When I have not tried something, I say so.

How this site earns

The links on this site are my referral links. Mercor, micro1 and AfterQuery pay me a referral bonus, and nothing comes out of your pay. You apply on the platform itself, under its own rules, exactly as you would without my link.

What I will not do

I am not a recruiter, and I do not work for Mercor, micro1 or AfterQuery. I do not hire for them, and I cannot promise you a place, a date or a rate. The platforms decide all three.

I never ask you for money. I never share anything about the people who join through my links. And I will not tell you a platform suits you when it does not: if one cannot pay your country or your field, I say so on its page.
